The hazards of this technology are largely unknown and only time will reveal the long-term effects of vaping; the best prevention is still abstinence, not substitution. Isn't it blatantly obvious, even WITHOUT the years of research, that inhaling smoke of any kind into one's body is harmful to some extent? I personally don't know anyone whose health or cardiovascular capacity has improved from inhaling smoke.
