Cat, I’m not saying the mayor is lying, I’m saying he is in waY over his head and he is trying to buy time. In my opinion he is only digging a deeper hole. The audit is back and he isn’t sure how to release a report that says the FD is running well. It doesn’t help his side in ongoing contract negotiations.
