wwkvoter-I would like to respectfully agree with you on two of your points and respectfully disagree with you on one of your points. On the point of Mr. Cote going to city council meetings jumping up and down and ranting and raving like a crazed lunatic, I agree with you-he has every right in the world to do that. It appears that Mr. Cote was starved for attention during his youth, and he feels his outbursts at city council meetings may somehow get him the attention he did not get during his childhood. One good thing about his his crazed outbursts-he gives the members of the city council some comic relief during what would normally be mundane and boring meetings. On the point of Mr. Cote stalking and following the firemen on their trips to the grocery store, while I respectfully agree with you that he has the right to stalk and harass the firemen, it may be very possible that he always had a burning desire to be a fireman, but because of his limited intelligence and psychotic personality, he was never considered for a position on the fire department. All is not lost however, as Mr. Cote is more than welcome to take part in the many fire safety days held at various times by the department, where they hand out replica plastic firemen's helmets and stick-on junior fireman's badges. Finally, on the issue of Mr. Cote going to the funeral of a beloved and well respected city worker and harassing his family and friends, this is where I must respectfully and strongly disagree with you. Mr. Cote and his assistant/partner/paramour went to that funeral with only one thing in mind, and that was to harass the friends and family of a well respected and admired city worker. The fact that they had to be ordered to leave the property by funeral home employees after trespassing and confronting family members of the deceased gentleman is inexcusable. And posting the pictures they took on the "Watching Warwick" website before the gentleman was even buried was just plain rotten. It's surprising that Mr. Cote and his partner in crime did not hide in the bushes at the cemetery and throw rocks at the hearse as the procession arrived, although the thought probably crossed his mind and the mind of his accomplice.
