So lets talk about facts such as this "acting fire chief" stealing $5293.45 through the unused sick pay illegal side scheme contrived by the WFD management and union president and city solicitor. That would be Ed Armstrong, Bill Llyod, and Peter Ruggiero. Also, the instruction sheet that was written by Armstrong, and delivered to Karen Bristow with the detailed information on how to cook the books, is in my possession.
