Harassed a family?

So sitting in my car, alone, at the exit of a parking lot, on a phone, not speaking to anyone in or around the building, not looking at anyone (as no one was in the parking lot) all of a sudden a crazed female walks across the parking lot screaming profanities to a stranger with his window closed, is somehow by you defined as harassing people? I'll consider your statements to be a genetic disorder.
