It shows a tremendous amount of gall and ignorance for Cote to come on this website after he and his cohort disrupted the funeral for a long time city worker on Monday, and causing the family of the deceased man even more grief and stress. Harassing a family during a funeral is vile and disgusting, but what else would anyone expect from Cote.
