Not sure what is worse...the teachers not using the app or the union president making excuses. I would be ashamed if my union president inferred that 60 per cent of my workers were technologically challenged or still had flip phones. Want to see 100 per cent compliance...New Rule..no personal cell phones on school property unless equipped with the app that just may save a kids life!!!
