So basically the president of the WTU is saying that it's members are too stupid (Not technically savvy) to use a smartphone app?
Sounds like the Spanish teacher my kids have over at Toll Gate. They tell me he is probably 75 years old and doesn't understand technology.
If an educator cannot use basic technology in almost 2019 why are they in front of a classroom? How are they evaluated or do they get evaluated at all?
