The city should have spread the cost of sewers among all Warwick properties from the beginning. The assessments on the earliest phases were far lower than mine and mine was far lower than GF. The ship has sailed and it sucks for the people that are getting sewers now and in the future. I agree with other posters, nobody helped me.
