Hey Great Scal. What's your plate? How do we know you're not as delinquent as he is. You know that whole thing about glass houses and throwing stones and whatnot. Now I know what you're going say, "I'm not running for Mayor Phillip" and with that you're right. You would just rather sit back and be an anonymous armchair quarterback.

No doubt Corrente's ideas need to be fleshed out but they are by no means foreign. Paying people to move to a city has been done before to varying degrees. You guys like to harp on it as if it's never been done before. Warwick had a similar program when I first moved here and bought my house. It helped me move in as well as make improvements to the house. Funny enough the city then turned around and raised the value of my house after the improvements. Go figure. Not sure if they still have that program but Warwick essentially paid me to move here and it was a huge help.
