The make-believe mayor has no right to criticize anyone's involvement in the budget process when his has been, and continues to be, zero except for his repeated delusional claims of his losing 2016 somehow influencing the FY18 budget.
That he also presumes to suggest a "team effort" when acting Mayor Solomon is delegating tasks to department heads -- the definition of teamwork -- is the latest in a long, long list of defects that he is willingly showing to honest, taxpaying voters who will overwhelmingly reject his candidacy again at the earliest opportunity.
