So lets get a few things clarified.

1. To correct you - A few years ago (2) what I openly said was "that according to the unused sick pay bonus documents provided by the city, in 2015 114 men were on that list. Due to the contract changing in mid year, the max unused sick pay that anyone could get was 12.5 days. For the men on that list, they averaged 12.48 days pay."

On the 2016 unused sick pay sheets, the maximum that a man could get paid under the contract was 15 day. The average man was paid 14.58 days. So my quote was to be exact "According to the sick pay bonus sheets it appears that less than 1 day of sick time is taken per man." So get your facts straight.

2. According to the contract, you tell me, what is the maximum number of vacation days that any man can take?
