Obviously Straighfactshomie is a Warwick firefighter. Why doesnt he release his name? The Secretary of state did not say there was no problem. They brought in a team of people to teach the fire department the regulations of records retention. There was a reason for that. Why do they destroy the documents? So there is no trace-ability as to WHY COS is happening. We know that shift swapping is used to extend vacation and preserve sick days and vacation days to be monetized later. We also know it is used so men can go to work on other jobs. We have that proof already which came from the State of RI Division of Purchasing.

The fact is is that this department will never control costs. Its a country club atmosphere and the taxpayers are tired of the abuses.
