Scal his last comment shows he doesn’t understand how vacation time is awarded. You can’t just take a vacation day. And again SwOs cost the city zero.... and from what I’ve see the state backtracked and told the Dept they did nothing wrong and can continue as they were!!! Maybe your letters rob are not up to date.
