Let's be honest. Half these kids couldn't give a flying crap about Gun Rights, Gun Control, Liberals, Socialists, Parkland FL Shooting or anything else. All they know is they got to go outside for a while and miss another boring high school class that they probably won't use at their job at a fast food restaurant, sanding auto body, serving eggs and toast, or welding a submarine hull.
