Can you please clarify this statement?
"...we agreed to reimburse 60 percent of the tuition to the city. We also offered to limit the number of Warwick students who could enroll at ICS to 20"
Is that 60% of just the 20 total Warwick resident students who would attend or from all 800 students (from all over RI)?
And only 20 of 800 students would come from Warwick? If so, any wonder why Warwick isn't interested in busing hundreds of kids in from all over RI?
