Report Inappropriate Comments

I was able to listen to Colonel Stephen M. McCartney speak on the Dan Yorke show last night. He gave a very detailed account of how the investigation started and culminated with Mercurio's arrest. It was very eye-opening to say the least. She definitely lawyered up and has refused to give a statement but the root of the issue is her failure to report the sexual offense within 24 hours to the DCYF. She was most definitely made aware of the issue and it took the parents and facebook posts to bring it to light. The parents did and she was supposed to as well. I find the failure of her to do so very concerning. Have there been other issues that went unreported as well? I am glad that she has been placed on leave and that the students are hopefully in better hands.
