Raven, I have one thing to say to you: You're an uneducated @&*%&#. You have zero idea of anything that goes on between the union and the school committee. You want to spout off on what the WTU is demanding, but you don't understand the repercussions the WTU has to deal with based on what the committee will and will not agree to. Both sides need to acquiesce to the other side's demands - that's the gist of negotiations. You want to focus on standardized testing - a system that has had a dozen different tests within the last 30 years. A test that the district is withdrawing from. A system that CANNOT Ave part of the curriculum bc the results are part of the precious years students, so you can't teach to them the next year. You want to bitch about the sick days. Except you won't acknowledge the district won't ALLOW for TDI, bc the committee won't pay for It. You aren't educated on how the sick days work in the school system. Bottom line is you're being a @&*%&#ing uneducated *!&^#% on things you have no @&*%&#ing idea about.
