The WTU may have a legitimate reason to criticize the administration for using a PR firm; unfortunately, given the union's other behavior, like spending taxpayer funded union dues on legal fights before the NLRB and lobbying the General Assembly for the "evergreen contract" bill, its criticism comes across as nothing more than another cynical attempt to distract Warwick residents from their absolute opposition to a fair contract.
