William J. Stuart Jr., 71, of Warwick, died Wednesday at the Philip Hulitar Hospice Inpatient Center in Providence. He was the husband of the late Patricia L. (Conaty) Stuart.
Born in Providence, he was the son of the late William J. and Dorothy (Jarvis) Stuart. A Warwick resident, Mr. Stuart was a self-employed auto mechanic and carpenter.
Bill leaves two sons, William P. Stuart and Christopher J. Stuart; a brother, Michael Stuart and his wife, Sandra; and his grandchildren. He was the companion of Stephanie Ceceri and her family. He was the brother of the late Paul Stuart.
His funeral and burial will be private.
