Warwick Animal Talk Pet of the Week: Jack

Posted

Jack "Skellington" is a special senior boy about 12 years young who was found wandering as a stray and unfortunately was never reclaimed.

They named him Jack Skellington because when he was found he was skin & bones, but since being warm and fed at the shelter he has gained some weight and is doing well.

He is a Greyhound mix, so he is a tall boy with a pretty brindle colored coat and sparkling brown eyes. He has a very gentle, sweet nature but due to his age the shelter feels it would be best for him to be in a home with no young children and also he should be an only pet.

Jack enjoys walks on the leash as well as curling up for a nice nap. If you'd like to give this handsome boy the life he deserves please contact the shelter at 401-468-4377 or visit him during their open adoption hours: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday from 12-4 p.m. or Saturday and Sunday from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. at 101 Arthur Devine Blvd Warwick, RI.

Jack's wish is to spend the rest of his life relaxing in a loving home, maybe that's with you?
