Time to rethink 9/11

To the Editor:

This September 11 is the 18th anniversary of the worst tragedy in American history, but there are still no answers and no explanations that are believable.

However, this the month the University of Alaska, under the direction of Dr. L. Leroy Hulsey and his international team of scientists, published a four-year study that proves that building 7, the last building to collapse that afternoon at 5:20 p.m., was brought down by explosives in a controlled demolition event.

If this is the case, the rigging of explosives would take months to install. Who did this?

Time to think about what happened that day. Two thousand nine hundred ninety-seven people lost their lives that beautiful Tuesday.

The information is here http://ine.uaf.edu/wtc7.

    Jim,

Your tin foil hat is wrinkled. Disgusting that people still float conspiracy theories of that day.

I find it hard to believe you conspiracy theorists still exist. We saw the planes hit the buildings. The whole world saw it. A plane was seen by witnesses and on at least one camera hitting the pentagon. The FBI picked up pieces of plane and recovered body parts. DNA identified people from the planes. What is your mental malfunction wherein you cannot accept that planes full of fuel did this?

    davebarry,

The research was done on WTC7, the 3rd building to fall on 9/11 that was not hit by a plane.

This is a summary of what the study found:

"The principal conclusion of our study is that fire did not cause the collapse of WTC 7 on 9/11, contrary to the conclusions of NIST and private engineering firms that studied the collapse. The secondary conclusion of our study is that the collapse of WTC 7 was a global failure involving the near-simultaneous failure of every column in the building."

If you believe their conclusion is incorrect, your comments are welcome:

"There will be a two-month public comment period from September 3 to November 1, 2019, with the final report will be released later this year. During this period, we welcome any and all members of the public to submit constructive comments intended to further the analyses and presentation of findings contained in the report. Designated reviewers external to UAF and Architects & Engineers for 9/11 Truth will also review the report during this period. Commenters are asked to send their comments in an attached PDF or Word document to publiccomment@AE911Truth.org."

    Jeff,

Thanks for chiming in with the details. Much appreciated.

But I don't think there's much hope for the commenters above.

Jim and Jeff, you both are fools. It has been proven million times over that that building 7 had 10 floors on fire for 7 hours. It was hit by debris. The sprinkler system was knocked out due to water main breaks. The interior structure failed. Basic building collapse 101. Stop with the stupid conspiracy crap. Jim is the world flat or round?

    Dexter for the win.

it is time to put these stupid theories to rest once and for all.

    Dexter and Kim,

Have you ever read a book or any books?

If not, try reading books by Christopher Bollyn. That's a great place to start.

I am actually very well read...Am always reading, but I am not interested in reading anything by a conspiracy theorist.

    Dexter and Kim,

I would like to say that Jim did include some false information in his post that I would like to clear up. The study from the University of Alaska Fairbanks only concluded that fire could not have caused the collapse of WTC 7, which was contrary to what NIST claimed. They also stated that the only way they could replicate WTC 7's collapse was a global failure involving the near-simultaneous failure of every column in the building.

In their research paper, they made no claims whatsoever that controlled demotion caused the building to collapse along with any other type of conspiracy theory like Jim claimed in his post.

Given that no steel structure has ever collapsed due to fire before, identifying the correct cause behind this collapse is important for public safety & building design. I can assure you this research was done by PhD's in engineering, not conspiracy theorists.

Please consider reading their research paper here:

All public comments and discrepancies on their research are welcome up until November 1st. These will be taken into account before publishing their final report later this year.
