Thomas Hunter Haslett, 82, of Warwick, Fairlee, Vermont and Hermitage, Tennessee, passed away on January 18, 2019.
He was born on September 6, 1936, the son of the late Samuel and Mary Emma Haslett. Mr. Haslett was a retired firefighter in Warwick.
He is survived by his son, Brian M. Haslett; his daughters, Robin J. (Haslett) Polikoff, Cathie-Ann J. (Haslett) Rodgers and Sherrie-Lou J. (Haslett) Valdes; his sisters, Phyllis Olbrych, Jean Housley and brother John Haslett; and eight grandchildren. He was predeceased by his wife, Carol, and son, Jeffrey.
A memorial service will be held on Oct. 12 at 11 a.m. at Norwood Baptist Church, 48 Budlong Ave., Warwick, with a gravesite interment at Pawtuxet Cemetery at 12:30 p.m.
