Suzanne M. (Giampietro) Wiggins, 83, of Warwick, died Saturday, February 16, 2019 at Kent County Hospital. She was the loving wife of the late Robert Allen Wiggins, Sr.

Born in Providence, she was the daughter of the late Theresa (Giampietro) Ravo. Mrs. Wiggins was a proud homemaker and enjoyed serving as a volunteer throughout her life. She served on the Board of Directors for the Warwick Public Library, was an advocate and volunteer of the Gloria Gemma Foundation, Warwick Police Athletic League, Warwick Figure Skating, J. Arthur Trudeau Memorial Center, Warwick Junior Women's Club and Midland Women's Club, among others. She was an active member of Sts. Rose and Clement Parish in Warwick.

She is predeceased by her son, the late Robert A. Wiggins, Jr. and is survived by Robert's wife, Susan. She is also survived by her devoted children: John W. Wiggins of Cranston and his wife Kathleen, Jennifer A. Reed of Riverside and her husband Edward. Suzanne also leaves two siblings, Paul Ravo of Cranston, and Myrna DiMunzio of Johnston. She was the sister of the late William Giampietro and Lorraine Testa. She is survived by seven grandchildren: Amanda A. Rossi, Edward R. Reed, III, Nicole M. Wiggins, David R. Reed, Daniel P. Wiggins, Allyson M. Reed, Richard E. Holmes and five great-grandchildren: Reed, Ruby, Riley, Austin and Cameron. She also leaves behind her loving nieces and nephews, many longtime caring friends and her devoted canine companion, Precious.

Her funeral service will be held on Friday February 22, 2019 at 11a.m. from the Urquhart-Murphy Funeral Home, 800 Greenwich Avenue, Warwick. Relatives and friends are invited and may call at the funeral home immediately preceding the service from 9a.m.-11a.m. Burial will be private.
