If dancing on the sidewalk to imaginary music in an outfit designed to turn you into a Yip Yip from Sesame Street may not seem like the ideal way to spend a Saturday morning, then you haven’t met Amy Kuiawa and her husband Christian . As Amy pointed out she’s out of the house and away from the kids. “I figure it’s a good date. You make of it what you can,” she said. But then they were motivated. They support Frank Picozzi for mayor and when he told his volunteers to be creative, they took him to heart. (Warwick Beacon photo)
