T-Mobile USA is proposing to modify an existing wireless telecommunications facility on a water tank located at 334 Knight St., Warwick, Kent County, RI. The modifications include replacing panel antennas mounted at a centerline height of +/-127 feet above ground level on the 150-foot-tall water tank.
