ORDINANCE IN REGARDS TO NO PARKING SIGNAGE ON THE SOUTH SIDE OF CHAPMAN’S FROM HOUSE #406 TO CORNER AND ON POLE # 30-84 AT 420 CHAPMAN’S AVENUE

Be it ordained by the City of Warwick:

Section I: Chapter 76, Article IV, Subsection 76-192 of the City of Warwick Code of Ordinances is hereby amended by adding the following:

Sec. 76-192. Parking restrictions generally.

            (c) No Parking Allowed. It shall be unlawful for any operator of any vehicle to park the same:

            [ . . .]

            (231) From 406 Chapman’s Avenue to the corner, and in front of Pole #30-84 located near 420 Chapman’s Avenue.

Section II: This Ordinance shall take effect immediately upon its passage.
