Lorraine R. Capobianco, 91, passed on to her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on November 9th, 2018. She was the beloved wife of the late Frank Capobianco.
Lorraine and her husband owned a News stand in the Howard Building in Providence for many years, she later worked at Allendale Insurance until her retirement. She was a communicant of St. Clement Church in Warwick. Lorraine loved to be a caregiver to just about everyone her entire life. She was an excellent bowler, loved to crochet, and enjoyed watching the Red Sox just about every game they played. Her family and friends loved her deeply, and will certainly miss her every day.
She was the mother of Richard and his wife Linda, Elaine, Robert, and the late Jean Marie; Nana of Jaime and her husband Tim, Lisa, Michele, Nicole, and Alisha; Nona of Henry, Grace, Charlie, and Ayden. She was a sister of the late Guy, Jean Baptiste, and Yvette.
Her funeral will be held Saturday, November 17, 2018 at 9 a.m. from the Thomas & Walter Quinn Funeral Home, 2435 Warwick Avenue, Warwick, with a Mass of Christian Burial at 10 a.m. in St. Clement Church, Long Street. Burial will be in St. Ann Cemetery, Cranston. Visiting hours Friday 5-8 p.m.
