To the Editor,
The Beacon editorial “A Campaign of Chaos” (10/1/20) written by an “anonymous writer” was one of the most vicious, disgraceful, and hateful pieces of journalism ever to appear in this outstanding newspaper, published by a true Warwick hero, John Howell, Jr.
This was trash talk of the lowest order, exaggerated lies throughout. I have exactly no problems with valid, objective, and differing viewpoints from opponents.
As a Korean War Veteran, I greatly resent the writer’s malicious words that President Trump believes that those of us who have served and are serving our great country are nothing more than suckers and losers. That somehow Republicans are unworthy.
President Donald J. Trump might not be the best debater but what is far more important is that he has become an encouraging leader who loves the United States of America and its people. The free world responds, accordingly.
This editorial was way beyond the pale.

All the depicable editorials against Trump are a smoke screen to hide one of the most corrupt politicians in our time- Joe Biden who has caved into the radical left with its anti American agenda. The pay & play game he pulled off with his son, Hunter and others is finally being exposed. In addition he is not competent; this week he said he was running for Senate. Will the editorial writer at the Beacon acknowledge this horrible, bigoted view and expose the democrats who have RI in a political straight jacket from top to bottom or is he just another lace in the jacket?
