I am passionate about human’s mind and behavior. I believe that we can start a new beginning by finding inner balance and investing in ourselves with a holistic view.

I have been counseling mostly with children, adolescents and families. The focus has been in trauma, PTSD, depression, lost, anxiety, ADHD and behavior concerns. I specialize in EMDR, Mindfulness, Cognitive Behavioral treatment, Family therapy and Animal therapy. I also offer culturally sensitive counseling - I have clinical experience with foreign citizens, including the Brazilian Community.

I am bilingual and provide therapy for Portuguese-speaking individuals and families.
