ASSAULT

On November 7 at 11:29 a.m., an officer took custody of Alynzea Marie Quaranta, 32, of 290 River Ave. in Providence, for domestic simple assault and domestic disorderly as a result of North Providence Police arresting her on a Cranston Police affidavit and arrest warrant. She was later transported to the 3rd District court for arraignment.

DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE

Officers arrested Matthew R. Lepage, 35 of 40 Scituate Avenue on November 7 at 2:11 a.m. for driving under the influence, first offense as a result of a traffic accident at 60 Natick Avenue. He was held for arraignment.

FUGITIVE

As a result of a disturbance call for service at Midland Medical located at 1312 Oaklawn Ave. on November 10 at 7:55 p.m., officers arrested Arthur Thompson, 34, of 28 Pond Street, West Warwick, as a fugitive from justice in New Hampshire. He was arraigned by a Justice of the Peace and remanded to the ACI for extradition.

POSSESSION

On November 10 at 2:09 a.m., officers arrested Anthony Oliveira, 29, of 133 Farmington Ave. in Cranston for possession of a schedule I-V drug (Cocaine) and possession of over one ounce of Marijuana. The arrest is the result of a motor vehicle stop at Princess Ave and Farmington Ave. He was held awaiting arraignment.

SHOPLIFTING

Officers arrested Tess Jones, 23, of 147 Camden Street in Providence on November 10 at 5:49 p.m. for shoplifting. The arrest was a result of a call for service to a shoplifting investigation at Madrag located at 200 Garfield Ave. Jones was arraigned by the Justice of the Peace and released.

VANDALISM

On November 11 2:46 a.m. officers arrested Ronald L. Ayotte, 49, of 764 Reservoir Avenue for domestic vandalism and domestic disorderly conduct as a result of a disturbance call at 764 Reservoir Avenue. He was held for arraignment.

Officers arrested Jaycup Lindgren, 20, of 1038 Waterman Ave. in East Providence for domestic disorderly conduct, disorderly conduct, and vandalism/malicious injury to property as a result of a disturbance at 575 Dyer Ave. G125. Lindgren was arraigned and released by the Justice of the Peace.

WARRANTS

Following a motor vehicle stop at Princess Ave. and Farmington Ave. on November 10 at 2:09 a.m., officers arrested Kenneth Blake, 36, of 16 Pallas St. Apt. #3 in Providence for a Superior Court bench warrant. Blake was then transferred to the ACI.

***** On November 17 at 7:30 p.m., officers arrested Rafael Vega, 34, of 30 Howard Ave. in Cranston for an affidavit warrant from Providence Police as a result of an attempt pick up at the aforementioned location. He was then turned over to Providence Police.

At 10:41 a.m. on November 7, an Officer took custody of Shawn Burkhart, 42, of 30 Howard Ave. in Cranston for a sexual offender address change as a result of Portsmouth Police Department arresting him on a Cranston Police affidavit and arrest warrant. He was transported to 3rd District Court for arraignment.

***** On November 07 at 8:36 a.m., an officer took custody of Raymond Otis Fratus, 47, of 30 Howard Ave. in Cranston for a sexual offender address change as a result of Pawtucket Police Department arresting him on a Cranston Police Department affidavit and arrest warrant. He was transported to 3rd District Court for arraignment.
