The Chiefs’ of Police Secretaries Association (COPSA) is please to announce they are accepting applications for their fifth annual COPSA Scholarship Award.
The $500 COPSA scholarship is awarded to a high school senior or anyone possessing a GED from any Rhode Island high school — public, private or parochial — accepted in a business program and has a good scholastic average. This is a one-time scholarship award and must be utilized during the year it is awarded.
Applications must be postmarked by Monday, May 13, 2019. Applications, selection criteria and contact information has been sent to all Rhode Island high schools and can also be found on the following police department websites: Cumberland Police Department, Johnston Police Department and Smithfield Police Department.
