Melissa Blanco earns honors

Melissa Blanco, of Cranston, has been named to the president's honor roll for the fall 2017 semester at Bismarck State College.

Students must maintain at least a 3.50 grade point on a 4.00 scale while enrolled in at least 12 semester hours of classes to qualify for the BSC president's honor roll.

Warwick Students attain Dean’s List

Two Warwick students at Lehigh University attained dean's list in fall 2017. This status is granted to students who earned a scholastic average of 3.6 or better while carrying at least 12 hours of regularly graded courses. The two Warwick students earning honors are Arthur Cuddy and Daniel Reph.

Kayla Moorby attains Dean’s List

Colby-Sawyer College, New London, N.H. has named Kayla Moorby to the dean's list for academic achievement. Moorby of Warwick majors in psychology and is a member of the class of 2021. To qualify for the dean's list students must achieve a grade-point average of 3.5 or higher on a 4.0 scale while carrying a minimum of 12 credit hours in graded courses.

Colby-Sawyer is located in the scenic Lake Sunapee Region of central New Hampshire.

John Gunter graduates

John Gunter, of Warwick graduated with a Bachelor of Science in exercise and sport science at Coastal Carolina University in Conway, S.C. More than 700 students were candidates for graduation in the ceremony held at the HTC Student Recreation and Convocation Center on campus during commencement exercises held Dec. 15, 2017.

Hassell named to Who's Who

Lexi-Amber Hassell of Warwick joins 30 fellow seniors who were recently named to "Who's Who at Western New England University” in Springfield, Mass.

Students are chosen to receive the "Who's Who at Western New England University" award based upon their academic achievement, service to the community, leadership in extracurricular activities, and potential for continued success.

Hassell is working toward a degree in Neuroscience.
