Clifford E. Smith Jr., 75, of Warwick, passed peacefully on Saturday, July 27, 2019 at the Philip Hulitar Hospice Inpatient Center. He was the husband of Patricia M. Gentile.
Born in Providence, he was the son of the late Clifford E. and Blanche (Landry) Smith Sr. Mr. Smith was an electrician for the I.B.E.W. Local 99 for 49 years before retiring. Cliff was an avid duck pin bowler during the 1970s and 1980s and was a member of the pro tour for many years. In addition, he was devoted to playing tennis and golf.
Besides his wife he leaves a cousin, Linda Hebert of Tennessee, and many nieces and nephews.
Calling hours were Tuesday, July 30 from Frank P. Trainor & Sons Funeral Home, 982 Warwick Avenue, Warwick. Burial was private.
