Adele Marie DiStefano, 82, of Naples, FL and Harrison, ME went to the Lord on December 23, 2020 surrounded by her family. She was born on May 31, 1938 in NYC, the daughter of Rose and Rosario Giambrone.

Adele graduated from St. Jean the Baptiste in NYC in 1956. She became a real estate professional in 1975 in Warwick, Rhode Island and owned a successful real estate company, “Adele DiStefano Realty” for 15 years; worked 30 years in the industry holding many positions on the Kent County Board of Realtors.

During her life she dedicated herself to enhancing many people’s lives and volunteered for countless organizations in Connecticut, Rhode Island, Florida, and Maine. She had a lifelong love of playing cards, especially Bridge and Canasta and was an avid player of Mahjong and Bocce. Adele was a dedicated wife and mother and was dearly loved and will be greatly missed by all who knew her.

Adele is predeceased by two children, Joseph and Debra. She is survived by her husband Vincent of 62 years, daughters Linda Chenevert (Roger) of Maine, Carolyn Weedon (William) of Rhode Island, son Vincent DiStefano of New York, four grandchildren; Michael, Shannon, Emily, Joseph, great grandchildren, two sisters, Marie Garcia and Alice Triunfo of New York and many nieces, nephews, and cousins.

A memorial mass will be held at St. John the Evangelist, 625 111th Ave N, Naples, FL 34108 on Wednesday, January 6, 2021 at 11:00 AM. A memorial mass will also be held at St. Gregory the Great Church in Warwick, Rhode Island at a later date.

In lieu of flowers, a donation can be made in Adele’s name at St. John the Evangelist Church, 625 111th Ave. N, Naples, FL 34108 and/or Habitat for Humanity of Collier County, 11145 Tamiami Trail E, Naples, FL 34113and/or Habitat for Humanity of Collier County.
