The South County Jammers will host the 3rd Annual Old Time Music Picnic at South County Museum on Saturday, August 24 12:30 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. The Jammers have been playing old-time fiddle tunes in and around South County for more than 15 years. The picnic is an opportunity to listen to some great local musicians, and visitors are encouraged to bring their own acoustic instruments and be a part of the festivities. Pack a picnic lunch and explore the museum exhibits, living history farm, and flower gardens.
South County Museum opens at 10am. Admission to museum buildings and exhibits is $12 for adults, $10 for seniors, $5 children 6-12. Admission to attend the music picnic is free. Donations to the museum are appreciated.
